The Wieliczka Salt Mine was one of the first among 12 sites from all over the world to be inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is one of the most visited tourist sites in the world! The tour begins at the Daniłowicz Shaft. Here visitors will be met by a guide who will tell them everything they would like to know about the history and secrets of the Mine. Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes as the whole tour is up to 800 stairs. The tour does not include a lunch break.
